ABOUT US
Investovisa is a consulting firm based in Florida that works with clients across the United States. We help investors from around the world find and buy the right franchise or business, and we coordinate the visa application with independent licensed immigration attorneys. Every visa is reviewed and approved — or denied — by U.S. government officials.
We learn your goals, budget, nationality and timeline.
You get a shortlist of franchises and businesses that fit.
We guide the review, negotiation and closing with the franchisor or seller.
Your attorney files; U.S. officials review and decide on approval.
There is no legal minimum for the E-2 — the investment must be substantial for the business. Immigration attorneys commonly say around $100,000 is a practical starting point. EB-5 requires $800,000 in a targeted employment area, or $1,050,000 elsewhere.
The E-2 is open to citizens of countries with a qualifying U.S. treaty — many in Latin America, Europe and Asia, such as Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Spain. Some, like Brazil, don't qualify. We check your case in the first call.
No. Buying a franchise or business is only one part of the application. Every E-2 or EB-5 case is reviewed by U.S. government officials, who decide whether to approve it.
